At The Warehouse, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
For sizing issues, a new order may need to be placed once the original item is returned and approved
